The story so far

Superdamned is the project of London based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Wilson. Having previously played and toured all over the UK and Europe in various bands as a drummer, guitarist and session keyboardist, this led him to perform at prestigious venues such as Glastonbury (John Peel Stage), Isle of Wight (Main Stage), Reading and Leeds festivals as well as the Royal Festival Hall and London Koko. After stepping back from session playing to focus on his own songs, he finally recorded an album's worth of original material (entitled 'First Blood' due in later 2023) performing all vocals and instruments himself including guitars, drums, bass and keyboards.

Always intended to be a live 3 piece band as opposed to a solo artist, Superdamned's songs are finally seeing the light of day having recently been mastered at Metropolis Studios,  London by Matt Colton  (Royal Blood, Arctic Monkeys, Manic Street Preachers). Musical influences include Queens of The Stone Age, Placebo, Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Muse, Nine Inch Nails as well as the grunge and punk rock genres, often combined with the darker musical sensibilities of bands such as The Cure and Depeche Mode.

Forthcoming single 'Forget About The End Of Time' (out August 11th) is heavily influenced by the industrial rock of Nine Inch Nails and Depeche Mode, coupled with the melodic sensibilities of Radiohead and Muse.
